The challenge

Parents in Peshawar hand their children to school vans with no way to verify the driver or see where the van is.

What we built

  • Three apps in one: parents, drivers and admins
  • Driver documents verified by an admin before any child rides
  • Live GPS trip tracking on a map, with pickup and drop-off alerts
  • QR check-in per child, SOS button, chat, ratings and complaints
  • Monthly subscriptions with a JazzCash / Easypaisa flow; English and Urdu

Under the hood

  • Strict MVC: 11 data models, 27 API routes, role guards on every action
  • Serverless Postgres; push-to-deploy on Vercel
