The challenge
A travel and Umrah agency trading since 1988 had no working website — only a Google Maps listing — and enquiries were lost between phone calls and chats.
What we built
- Five service lines — Umrah & Hajj, visas, chauffeur transport, hotels, travel insurance — and dedicated offer pages
- Bot-protected enquiry form with instant lead alerts to the owner
- WhatsApp quick-enquiry that also saves every lead
- Private admin dashboard to filter, contact and follow up every lead
- Installable app (PWA) for visitors on mobile
Under the hood
- Server-rendered TanStack Start app on Vercel, with Supabase auth re-checked on every admin request
- Cloudflare Turnstile, honeypot and duplicate checks; capped alert emails
- Database prepared for AI travel guides that must cite their sources (pgvector)
- Runs on free-tier infrastructure by design
